We provide a Hav’Arc Comfort Plan $139/annually plus $89 for an additional unit. This comfort plan is for single-family homes or singular business locations. For more information please speak with our Comfort Consultant.
We also provide a Hav’Arc Multi-Property Agreement and Investment Plan starting at $139/year plus $84 for each additional unit. This plan is for customers with multiple properties like apartments, condominiums, and commercial businesses. Give us a call for more information.
Residential Service fee is $75. Any scheduling past office hours is an emergency service fee of $125.
Commercial Service fee is $95. Any scheduling past office hours is an emergency service fee of $142.5.
OFFICE HOURS ARE FROM 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. Emergency services are 24/7.
